TAG Heuer has once again marked its strong ties with the challenging world of motor sports and Formula One in particular by developing a new TAG Heuer Formula 1 watch model. The rigorously designed timepiece has been developed in cooperation with new F1 hero of the McLaren team - two-time FIA Formula One World Champion Fernando Alonso. The TAG Heuer Formula 1 sports watch is endorsed by the 25-year-old Spanish driver.
TAG Heuer characterizes its new timekeeping creation as a 'serious sports watch with cool, casual attitude'. The team of brand's designers and watchmakers have entirely redesigned and upgraded the TAG Heuer Formula 1 watch in terms of aesthetics and quality. The newly developed model is available in a range of dynamic colors presented in a union with the TAG Heuer six major features that contribute to the timeless success to the TAG Heuer watch:titanium carbide coated unidirectional rotating bezel featuring raised fine-brushed steel numbers;screw-in crown designed for easy gripping;200-meter water-resistance;hands and hour-markers provided with luminescent coating;anti-scratch sapphire crystal;double safety clasp provided with extension system.
The TAG Heuer Formula 1 watch mixed sportiness and watchmaking sophistication. It has been designed to offer the choice between a black, red, or white dial. The chronograph version of the model is available with an orange, red, silver or black dial. You will notice the TAG Heuer logo elegantly engraved on the case band and stamped into the newly developed, thick and sporty rubber strap. The TAG Heuer watch is also available with a steel bracelet.
TAG Heuer has been closely related to the prestigious Formula One event since the first F1 Grand Prix in 1950. The initial model of TAG Heuer Formula 1 watch was unveiled in 1986 and paid tribute to the brand's long-standing cooperation with Formula One. TAG Heuer acted as Official Timekeeper of Scuderia Ferrari in the 1970s, and of the Formula One World Championship in the period of 1992 - 2003, as well as every McLaren F1 team since 1985.
